Case Details:
Victim (15 yoa) exited a train at Downtown Crossing MBTA Station. While walking to the Redline to board a Braintree train, victim noticed a black male behind him. The male introduced himself to her as Jeff, from Weymouth, MA. While victim and black male waited on the platform for the train, he asked victim if he could lick her for $10.00. Victim stated no and he asked "why not?" Victim said no once again. Suspect grabbed victim by the arm and lead her to a set of stairs directing her to sit down. He told victim he wanted to lick her and started to unbutton her pants. Victim buttoned her pants back up and pushed suspect away. Suspect then asked to kiss her. Victim told him no, and he forcefully kissed victim, sticking his tongue in the victim's mouth. Suspect threw $5.00 at the victim. Suspect and victim boarded the last train towards Ashmont. The suspect exited the train at Field’s corner station where he is captured on surveillance video.
