Case Details:
This Department is looking for two males Christopher Nikas DOB 6-6-1991 his street name is (Stakks), and Joseph Poaletta DOB 11-15-1991. Joseph was last seen wearing white t-shirt, blue jean shorts, white sneakers, Christopher was last seen wearing black baseball hat with flat brim, black shirt, blue jean pants, and black sneakers. Both suspects are wanted for Assault with Intent to Murder. They are both considered armed and extremely dangerous. These two could possibly be in the area of Lynn, Haverhill, Salisbury, or Amesbury.
Mr. Joseph Poaletta has been captured without incident in Lynn Massachusetts on 6/12/2011 at approximately 6:30 pm.
Mr. Nikas turned himself in to the Newburyport police in Lowell Massachusetts this morning without Incident.
