Case Details:
Security guard observed two suspects cut a cable lock from bicycle on bike rack. The suspects were then walking away with bicycle. Victim also saw the two suspect start walking away with his bicycle. Victim and coworker gave chase and HUPD officers arrested Tyrone Davis but other suspect got away prior to police arrival.
