Bank Robbery - Attleboro - 9/20/2012
Robbery - Case No. 120513
September 20, 2012
Attleboro, MA : Citizens Bank

Case Details:
The Attleboro Police Department is attempting to identify a male suspect who robbed the Citizens Bank located in Bristol Plaza on Newport Avenue on the Pawtucket line (where Home Depot is located).

The robbery occurred on Thursday 9/20/12, at approximately 3:30 pm.

The suspect, who was possible Hispanic or Portuguese, entered the bank wearing a maroon sweater/sweathirt, blue jeans, and black shoes.

The male is described as unshaven and appeared to be around 30 years of age. The suspect did not display a weapon, but passed a note demanding money.

It appears the suspect may have been wearing a disguise, specifically a brown wig with red highlights tied in a pony tail, and dark rimmed glasses.

He fled the bank on foot with an undetermined amount of cash.

It is possible a small brown mid 1990's Ford sedan was involved.

The suspect has been identified as Jean ROSARIO (dob 01/08/1980). He is currently being held in the Rhode Island ACI. A Massachusetts warrant application is pending.
