Case Details:
On Sept. 6, 2012 at approx. 0230 hours 4 Hispanic male suspects committed ID/credit card fraud when they purchased $1813.95 worth of groceries from the Super Stop & Shop (#0725) on West River St, Providence, RI using a fraudulently manufactured credit card attached to the victim's bank account. Suspects purchased both perishable and non-perishable goods (no gift cards or money orders). Main suspect who used card is an extremely top-heavy Hispanic-looking male with closely shaved beard and possibly wearing diamond stud earrings in both ears. Suspects split up into two vehicles (sedan and van) with unknown plates.
