Case Details:
On October 13, 2012 victim accidentally left her wallet in a shopping cart while shopping at Walmart. The suspect is observed removing the wallet from the shopping cart and exiting the store.
The suspect is described as a black male, 20-30 yrs old, thin muscular build, 6'00" - 6'02", wearing a black jacket, black knit cap and grey sweat pants.
