Case Details:
Subject walked into bank wearing dark clothing, hat and sunglasses. Subject threw crumpled piece of paper toward teller's booth. Tellers demanded he remove his hat and glasses and he complied. He then took piece of paper and retreated from the bank without speaking. Actions appear to be a failed attempt to rob the bank.
