Case Details:
Pictured person entered Roche Brother's supermarket on Route 1A in Westwood, walked directly to the Enfamil, put on a hat, whipped out a canvas bag and filled it with baby formula. He was confronted by the manager on the way out of the store, a scuffle revealed that the person had heavy tattooing on both arms.
Subject was described as medium to tall, olive skin, shoulder length black hair.
This suspect has been identified, currently in for another offense.
