Case Details:
Victim left her pocketbook in a Target shopping carriage after placing bags in her car. Minutes later, male subject exits Target with a female and proceeds to parking garage and notices the pocket book in the shopping carriage. He takes the pocketbook and walks off. License, phone, credit cards, cash etc. contained within.
